Agility Online is a website that allows Dog Agility Clubs to create their own Online Trial Entry Page for Agility trials.
The process of creating an Online Entry Page is very simple and usually takes less than and hour from the initial setup to completion. We use generic forms and do not store any of your, or entrants personal information on any database.
Once the trial premium has been completed and published, a link to your Trial Entry page is emailed to the Trial Secretary who can then post it on the Club's website &/or Facebook page.
After creating a Username and Password you can create as many premiums in advance as you like, you do not have to complete each premium all at once and can login and continue the setup of a trial at any time, the Trial will not be active until you Publish that page (premium).
Once the Online Entry Page is active your competitors can enter your trials, once the General Agreement is agreed to by the competitor an email is sent to the Trial Secretary of the club. The Trial Secretary then uses the information received to enter the competitor into a scoring program (like Agility Rocks).
Our Trial Entry form is being used by several Lower Mainland Agility Clubs with good results and feedback.
There is no charge for your first trial, subsequent trials will be invoiced as follows:
- A One day trial ....... $25.00
- A Two day trial ....... $40.00
- A Three day trial ..... $50.00
- A Fun Match ........... $15.00
There is no extra charge for a custom premium and customer support.
